Are the products physical or digital?

All products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

How will I receive my purchase?

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link via email.

Yes — but usage depends on the license included with the product. Some products are for personal use only, while others come with commercial or resell rights . Always check the product description.

What does "MRR" or "Resell Rights" mean?

MRR stands for Master Resell Rights. It means you’re allowed to resell the product as-is, based on the licensing terms provided. Redistribution must follow the allowed conditions stated in our Product Policy.

How will I know if a product includes a license to sell?

Products with resell rights will display a dropdown in the price tab. Select the "Commercial License (CL)" or “MRR License + Product” options to purchase with resell permission under our terms. Please review our Product Policy before checkout for full license details.

Can I customize the templates?

Most templates are designed to be edited using platforms like Canva. Check each product’s details for customization options.

Can I request a refund?

Due to the instant and digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, please reach out — we’re here to help.

Can I resell your products under my own brand?

Only if the product is marked with resell or commercial use rights. You may not claim authorship or remove copyright notices unless the license explicitly allows it.

Can I use the files on multiple devices or platforms?

Yes — once downloaded, you can use them across your personal devices, as long as it’s within the terms of your license.

What if I lost my download link?

No worries — just send us a message with your order details and we’ll resend your files. We recommend downloading immediately and backing them up for your use.

Do you accept custom requests or commissions?

At this time, we’re focusing on curated and ready-to-use products. However, feel free to reach out with your idea — we love collaborating when possible!

How can I pay for my order?

We’ve made payments simple and secure for you:

PayPal – Pay using your PayPal account balance or linked bank/card.

Debit/Credit Card – Even without a PayPal account, you can pay directly with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or JCB.

GCash (through PayPal) – If your GCash is linked to PayPal, you can check out seamlessly.

We currently process payments in PHP and USD. Your bank may auto-convert if you’re paying from another currency.
